Golkonda Handuicrafts Emporium, Banjarahills, Hyderabad is an unit of Telangana State Handicrafts Development Corporation ltd, Hyderabad. The primary objectives of Telangana State Handicrafts Development Corporation Ltd are promotion, development and marketing of artistic handicrafts and textiles and welfare of about more than one lakh craft persons working in different craft pockets spread all over Telangana.

We do not accept the Cash-On- Delivery.

 

Shipping Policy:

Golkonda Handicrafts borne the free packing expenditure Up to Rs.30/- .If the amount exceeds base price, customers have to borne. Shipping for all orders across India. Following are the approximate timelines for dispatch and delivery of products.

Freight charges have to borne by the customer as per the Speed post Tariff of India Post.

 

  • Dispatch: Golkonda Handicrafts will dispatch products for orders received within 7-10 working days from the date of order. Dispatch is subject to confirmation of payment received from payment gateway/bank.
  • Delivery: We ship the products through Indian Postal Department. Expected delivery time is 7-10 days from dispatch within India. The delivery time may exceed for remote locations.

     4.Once Customers Placed order without Promo code , Gross Value

       Is applicable and treated it will have no Discount. Remaining Terms are same    as   mentioned in General Terms & Conditions.

Return Policy & Cancellation Policy:

     A). Goods once Sold will not be Returned. If the items received in Damaged condition may be return to Golkonda Handicrafts under intimation to the call centre .

     B). item will be exchanged with similar one if available. Otherwise amount will be refund excluding the taxes and other expenditures in 3-5 working days. No Refund of money or replacement of products purchased , for unopened orders returned back to Golkonda Handicrafts.

In case of items received in damaged condition:

  1. a) Please inform Golkonda Handicrafts emporium, Banjarahills , Hyderabad customer care No Mon-Sat, 24x7 customer support No.9849900930 or email golkondabanjarahills@yahoo.com on the receipt of the product about your grievances related to damage or defects within 24 hours of receipt of product. No claims accepted after 24 hours receipt of Order.

c). Please retain the original sales bill.

Once Order Placed Cancellation cannot be Entertained

 Golkonda Handicrafts, performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Golkonda Handicrafts right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the Golkonda Handicrafts platform or information provided to or gathered by Golkonda Handicrafts with respect to such use.

Payment Related Information:

Golkonda Handicrafts do not store any of the information related to debit cards, credit cards, cash cards, net-banking accounts or any other sort of payment cards. This information is directly provided by the users to HDFC Bank.  HDFC Bank may store, access and retrieve and disclose this information in accordance with prevalent banking rules and regulation.
